Shipping and Delivery

 

At this time we only ship within the United States. All retail orders are typically shipped out in 1-2 business days, but may take longer at any given time, for any given reason.  We ship via USPS first class or priority mail which then typically takes an additional 2-4 days for the product to arrive (within the 48 contiguous States). Shipping times are not guaranteed and are subject to change at any time for any reason. Please note that at this time USPS will not deliver to Military Bases. If you place an order to one of these locations your order will be placed on an indefinite hold and you may be banned from future purchases at our sole discretion. 

Once a package leaves our facility and/or makes it into the possession of the carrier, Mellow Fellow is no longer liable for the status or location of your order. Note that any attempt or request to cancel or chargeback an order after it is placed or shipped, will be viewed as attempted fraud and a violation of our Terms of Service, and we may, in our sole discretion, prevent you from ordering from any or all websites and retail locations operated by us or our affiliated companies. If we deem your interactions with Mellow Fellow to be fraudulent, extortive, or suspicious in any way, as determined by Mellow Fellow, in our sole discretion, we may share your information with other companies as someone associated with a high fraud risk. This may cause others to not sell to you or otherwise transact any form of business with you. This may also lead to others commenting on your interactions with Mellow Fellow.

You accept all of these potential outcomes as part of your request to cancel your order, seek a refund, force an outcome on your order, or extort product or money from Mellow Fellow, as defined by Mellow Fellow, in our sole discretion, at any given time now or in the future. 

All questions emailed to customer service will be answered as quickly as possible but are not guaranteed a response. There is no right of privacy to anything you send to Mellow Fellow customer service, whether written, telephoned, or communicated in any way. Mellow Fellow uses a USPS address verification system. If your address is not confirmed you will receive a phone call or email from our customer service department. In certain cases this may delay your order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the final attempt (all “final attempts” will be specified in a voicemail message and/or email to the contact information provided on the order), your order is subject to be canceled and refunded without your consent. 

Based on the value of your order, Mellow Fellow customer service department may reach out to you to verify additional information to ensure the accuracy and legitimacy of the order. In certain cases this may delay your order. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours of the final attempt (all “final attempts” will be specified in a voicemail message and/or email to the contact information provided on the order), your order is subject to be canceled and refunded without your consent. Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@mellowfellow.fun. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
